Located in the heart of Detroit. Enjoy the best our city has to offer.

Hazel's place is the hottest bar/lounge and event space. The newest jewel in the revitalization of the once vibrant, Michigan Avenue corridor.  An era that boasted one of the largest, most luxurious passenger train stations in the country right down the street.  A time when there was a hustle, bustle, and buzz up and down Michigan Avenue.  Hazel’s Place is just a short drive from Michigan Avenues’ downtown anchor, The MGM Grand Casino.
Each patron is greeted and welcomed by a commissioned painting of our namesake…   Hazel Lee.

An un-bought, un-bossed, and un-compromised woman.Hazel Lee died in 1970 at Hutzel Hospital due to complications from surgery. She was 25 years old.  Today she is being honored by the fiancée of her son with Detroit’s newest mature night spot… Hazel’s Place.
